- The bathroom has been refurbished to provide a shower room (no bath) and is tiled throughout. There is a wide shower with a low profile shower tray and a wall hung fold down seat. There is an over head shower and a separate hand held shower. The water is provided by a combi boiler. The wash basin is wall hung. The toilet is on the opposite end of the room to the shower. There is a large heated towel rail/radiator. The layout has been designed to provide space and ease of use.

- The self contained main house can sleeps 5 people. The house has: One main bedroom with 1 x king size bed and 1 x single bed. The second bedroom has 2 x single beds. The two room can accommodate 4 adults and one child sharing the main bedroom. In the summer (1 July to end September) Cliffway can accommodate 6 adults by using an additional SMALL annex. The annex has 2 x single beds. It is accessed via an outside covered walkway from the kitchen door. The annex is not a part of the main house and does not have its own toilet facilities. There is an electric wall heater. The room is light and catches the sun. Its is useful in the summer months for extra space, additional accommodation or a quiet place/working area with WiFi. It is not suitable for the elderly, or young children or those without a spirit of adventure!

Notes:
‘Cliffway’ has a front porch that provides an additional area to sit and enjoy the sun. A long rail provides hooks for coats. Cliffway also has an enclosed secure area to the rear which is covered and provides a great place to hang wet clothes and to store surf boards, buckets and spades etc. The annex can be used as a small work area in the summer months.
